30-Day Return Window
We stand behind the quality, natural ingredients, and nourishing benefits of our solid shampoo bars, conditioner bars, and hair care sets. You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund for your purchase.

Hygiene Policy & Return Eligibility
Due to health, safety, and personal care hygiene standards for personal wash and hair care products:
• Shampoo bars, conditioner bars, and wash sets MUST be completely UNOPENED, UNUSED, and SEALED in their original factory packaging with all safety seals and boxes intact. Any product that has been opened, unsealed, or used cannot be returned or refunded.
• Non-cosmetic accessories (such as dry soap dishes or wooden holders) must be unused and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required for all return requests.
• Manufacturing defects or items damaged during transit upon unboxing (e.g., cracked bars upon arrival or shipping damage) are eligible for a 100% full refund or immediate free replacement.

Non-Returnable Items
• Shampoo bars or hair care products that have been unsealed, opened, or used.
• Items damaged due to improper storage (such as leaving solid bars submerged in water or exposing them to excessive heat).
• Clearance or final sale items clearly marked as “Final Sale” at checkout.

Free Returns & No Restocking Fees
We offer free returns on all eligible unopened/unused products. We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you, and zero restocking fees will be deducted from your approved refund amount.

How to Initiate a Return
1. Email info@hunnbyarganics.shop with your original order number, reason for return, and photos showing the unopened factory seals and packaging condition.
2. Our customer service team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid printable return shipping label within 1-2 business days.
3. Pack the item securely in its original box and protective shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
4. Affix the prepaid label to the package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected at our Houston facility to confirm unopened condition and intact safety seals, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card or PayPal). Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for your banking institution to post the credit to your account.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to try a different shampoo formulation or scent, please return your unopened original item for a full refund and place a new order on our website.

Damaged or Defective Products Upon Delivery
If your order arrives damaged, melted, or broken during transit, please contact info@hunnbyarganics.shop within 7 days of receipt with photos demonstrating the damage. We will issue a full refund or ship a replacement unit immediately at no extra cost.
